- Assumption of costs for self-inflicted hack and fraud attacks
- Free software updates for end devices that were not obtained via Winet. Correction of software errors from
- Third-party manufacturers offers for the replacement of hardware components during the warranty period that
- were handled improperly
- Software upgrades not contractually agreed
- Not contractually agreed backups, restoring and
- Maintenance of data and applications
