• You plan and implement projects with our VoIP telephony solutions independently, taking into account customers and their needs.
• You configure and test systems and end devices, put the new SIP communication solutions into operation and leave TOP satisfied customers.
• Together with your team, you will address customer concerns in the area of telecommunications and develop appropriate solutions within incident management.
• You are responsible for the maintenance, operation and ongoing monitoring of our SIP communication systems on the customer and data center side.
• You bring inputs for the improvement of our PBX system Ayrix.

• You have completed IT or telematics training and have several years of experience with VoIP PBX solutions / UCC
• Your problem-solving behavior is analytical, customer- and solution-oriented.
• You have good network and firewall knowledge and are familiar with IP-based networks and the services and protocols available on them, in particular SIP, SDP, RTP, TCP, UDP. Experience in administration and management of Linux-based server systems is an advantage.
• You will also convince with your confident appearance, your excellent communication skills and your strong teamwork skills.
• You have a perfect command of written and spoken German and have a good knowledge of English. You are also ready to be on call on a regular basis.
