With its Customer Service department, Winet offers technical service through its system technicians VoIP.
These services range from DECT measurements of your premises to low-voltage installations and on-site installation of telephony hardware and software.
We are also happy to offer you remote service via remote access to your infrastructure. For example, to configure end devices, firewalls, etc. These services are chargeable.
Approaches to technical service
Technical service concerns everything that is not included in the initial configuration of your telephone system / telephone connection or basic Winet system services. These are charged at CHF 45 per 15-minute support unit.

Evening work | Mon - Fri from 8 p.m. to 11 p.m. * | + 25% |
Night work | Mon - Fri from 11 p.m. to 6 a.m. * | + 50% |
Sunday work | Sundays and Holidays * | + 100% |
* plus flat rate of CHF 600.00 outside basic call times without SLA (Call Level Agreement) |
